The main body of the villa is composed of two identical master suite bedrooms with indulging bathroom facilities and a guest powder room. There is also a discreetly positioned gourmet kitchen filled with high-tech appliances and sufficient tableware for small gatherings. A stone staircase leads up to a well designed mezzanine entertainment room with an enormous screen television for group viewing, a reading niche and study corner with internet access. A vast area has been designated as an integrated dining and living environment and is edged by a pair of oversized sitting alcoves with plump cushions for comfort.

Villa Mandalay encompasses a stunning garden landscape that incorporates several exclusive facilities that make this property quite unique. The infinity edge swimming pool is a seemingly endless stretch of crystal clear water surrounded by a timber deck for lounging and soaking up the sun.
